Feeder acts as an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to collect your data and feed it into Vizually. Depending on the situation, it can be integrated with Vizually or deployed in your applications (for example, to retrieve custom metrics).

The limits are defined based on the plan you subscribed to:

• Starter: 10,000 items
• Pro: Unlimited

An item corresponds to, for example, one order line in the case of the Magento / Adobe Commerce connector. You can connect one connector per tool and per data type (e.g., Magento orders) to Vizually.

• Recurring payment by credit card online (coming soon)
• Payment by bank transfer upon invoice

Vizually is available to anyone in Europe.

After the 14-day trial period, the commitment can be monthly or annual (-30%). You can cancel your plan anytime.

Access to Vizually is cut off, and your data is deleted within 7 days.

Yes. We do not store any personal data or data that can identify one of your customers.

The data is hosted in a datacenter in Germany.

Data access is only possible after authentication (2FA/MFA coming soon). Additionally, your data is isolated in a dedicated environment.

Yes. Upon request to info@vizually.fr, we will provide you with an archive containing all your data in JSON format.
